It is a very modern Bordeaux, very different from the classic style with a  low extraction. Ocha means Tea in Japanese. Therefore, you can guess the style of this unique merlot.

Cherry, blackcurrant on the nose with floral and mineral notes. Nice tension and freshness on the palate with fine tannins. Fruity long finish.

 Drink it chilled at 16 C

Blend :

 Merlot, cabernet franc.

Pairing :

Roasted chicken, soft mild cheese, Stir fry noodles, pasta, aperitif.

Be original : Chicken Tikka.
