This is a fine Syrah. Small batch single vineyard.

Aromas of flowers and spices are in the glass. On the palate, we find the peppery aromas characteristic of Syrah. The body is present, but with great finesse. The tannins are fine, long and harmonious but the power is there.  A dedicated very small 1ha plot of old vines, very unique. Aged in 400L barrels for 20 months. Drink it chilled at 15°C.

 Best in a decanter. Black pepper beef, Tandoori lamb, Satay, Char siu.
