Bouysselet is a white grape variety that had almost disappeared. Absolutely Unique.

Le Roc is one of the few to have replanted it, and it's a tremendous success! This intense, almost tannic grape variety is impeccably crafted. Fine, deep and fresh with subtle aromas of white flowers, white-fleshed fruit (pear, apple), as well as herbaceous and mineral notes. Serious ageing potential. Ageing 1 year on lees and oak barrels

It is a gastronomic wine. Drink it at 8°C
