Domaine Labranche Laffont, Tradition, AOC Madiran.

The nose opens with aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry, cedar and leather. On the palate, the attack is round, with ripe, well-coated tannins and an aromatic intensity of black fruit. The finish is long, fresh and a bit spicy. Perfect balance between modernity and tradition. Aged 18 months in concrete vats. Drink it a bit chilled, 16°C.

70% Tannat - 20% Cabernet Franc - 10% Cabernet Sauvignon

Bourguignon beef, Duck french magret, braised beef with black pepper, ginger caramelized porc.
