Exotic fruit and citrus aromas dominate the nose and attack. This purely expressive cuvée offers a very complex and structured wine. It looks more evolved than its age but the finish is long and fresh that sets it apart.  Aged in 2- to 4-wine barrels for 2 months on fine lees. Drink it chilled at 10°C.

Blend : 

70 % Gros Manseng - 30 % Petit Manseng

Pairing : 

Seafood, Lemon roast chicken, sheep cheese, coriander garlic prawn, sushi, chicken Pho.

            Be original : Coconut fish masala.
