This green-hued white wine offers a blend of fruity peach/apricot, floral honeysuckle and a hint of vanilla. On the palate, it finishes with honey and muscatel notes. Aged in oak barrel on lees. Drink it chilled at 10°C.

High Environmental Value label since 2015. HVE3. Agroecology.

     Chardonnay, Sauvignon and Petit Manseng.

Pairing :

Scallops stir fry, white meat in creamy sauce, imperial chicken cashew sauce, coconut prawn.
