Chateau d'Aydie, AOC Pacherenc de Vic Bilh.

The silvery yellow color is perfectly brilliant. The nose is delicate and not too much, pineapple and apricot aromas mingle with big floral notes of honeysuckle and acacia. The finish is a caress of citrus fruit and a long floral toffee characteristic with a good acidity. Very easy to drink, chilled at 8°C. 10 months in Acacia barrels

Duck foie gras, Apricots tart, sweet and sour dishes, sesame caramelized prawns, Chicken Tikka massala.

            Be original : Thai prawn yellow curry. Amazing with blue cheese.
