Domaine de Pellehaut is a historic estate located in the heart of the Ténarèze area of Gascony, with a winemaking heritage spanning over three centuries. The estate is family-owned and managed by the Béraut brothers, who have modernized the vineyard and cellar while maintaining respect for tradition.
🏞️Vineyards & Terroir
Spanning over 150 hectares, the vineyards are situated on clay-limestone and sandy soils ideal for aromatic white grapes.
🍇Grape Varieties
Focus on classic Gascon varietals such as Gros Manseng, Colombard, Sauvignon Blanc, and also traditional red grapes like Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Tannat and Pinot noir.
🌱Viticulture
Combines careful grape selection with gentle vinification techniques to preserve freshness, aromatic intensity, and varietal expression. Certified Terra Vitis and HVE3, emphasizing environmentally responsible practices including biodiversity conservation, reduced chemical use, and soil preservation.
