🏞️ Vineyards & Terroir
In the heart of Pauillac, near top classified estates; restructured to improve vine balance and optimize each plot's potential. The soils are deep gravel on clay-limestone and sandy subsoils, typical of Pauillac.

🍇 Grape Varieties
Cabernet Sauvignon (~55%), Merlot (~35%), Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot (~10%)

🌱 Viticulture
Fully certified organic since 2022. Vineyard restructured with higher density and massal selections. Sustainable practices with parcel-by-parcel management and biodynamic trials underway.

🍷 Wine Style
State-of-the-art gravity-fed winery (built in 2014 by architect Jean-Michel Wilmotte). Micro-vinification by parcel in small temperature-controlled vats. Aged 16–18 months in French oak barrels, ~50% new. Gentle extraction, precision, and purity are key winemaking principles. Château Pédesclaux produces refined Pauillac wines that blend power and elegance, with aromas of blackcurrant, graphite, violet, and subtle spice. The tannins are fine and structured, and the wines offer freshness, depth, and impressive aging potential.
